About the Role
As a Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider), you play a key role in preparing, coordinating, and supporting technical projects. You ensure that everything is organized before execution begins. You work closely with project managers, engineers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure that materials, drawings, and planning are in place on time.
Your Responsibilities • Preparing work instructions, material lists, and schedules • Requesting and comparing supplier quotations • Ordering materials and monitoring delivery times • Supporting field teams with technical documentation and drawings • Identifying potential issues and proposing practical solutions • Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders • Ensuring a smooth handover to the execution and installation teams
What You Bring • Completed MBO or HBO education in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, installation technology) • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is a plus • Structured and detail-oriented working style • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Good command of English and/or Dutch • EU work permit or valid Dutch visa
