Windows IT Support - 1st/2nd Line, Office 365 this is a long term contract to join our Basel based client in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Manage the delivery of IT support services by prioritising and processing the support backlog queue.
• Desktop applications and Windows support
• Assist with coordination and support of rollouts (hardware, services, software).
• Act as a backup for personnel onboarding and offboarding and support during peak times.
• Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base content for staff.
• Identify process automation opportunities and design processes to enhance efficiency.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experienced with Windows 11 and Office Desktop applications.
• Experience with Office 365 Online services.
• Previous experience with direct client support in an international environment
• Experience with the Azure ecosystem from a support perspective.
• Language skills: English - fluent

Your soft skills:

• Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive service orientation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to manage customer expectations.
