Wills, Trust and Probate Fee Earner

As the incoming Wills, Trusts & Probate Fee Earner, you will deliver a professional, responsive, and high quality service to clients while ensuring full compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. This Wills, Trusts & Probate Fee Earner position will involve managing your own varied caseload and contributing positively to the wider team.

Key duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
• Advising clients on will drafting, probate, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney
• Delivering high-quality and empathetic client care, building strong client relationships
• Dealing directly with clients, their families, carers, and third parties
• Supporting business development and networking to attract new clients
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and internal firm policies and procedures
• Contributing to effective risk management through accurate file management and regular risk assessment

The successful Wills, Trusts & Probate Fee Earner will be a capable and well organised who enjoys client interaction and working as part of a collaborative team.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• Fee Earning experience
• Experience working towards chargeable hour targets
• Sound technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to show empathy and professionalism
