Wellbeing Manager

We are working with a leading global law firm seeking a Wellbeing Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced and international environment, where you will have the opportunity to be creative and play a key part in driving the wellbeing of employees globally.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the wellbeing strategy across leadership and culture, prevention and support, and measurement and continuous improvement
- Use data and insights to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for wellbeing initiatives
- Plan and deliver internal wellbeing initiatives (e.g. mental health awareness campaigns and wellbeing-focused events)
- Collaborate across teams including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Reward, HR Business Partnering, Talent, Policies, Operations, and Facilities
- Partner with the DEI team to support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive people strategy
- Work closely with the Reward team on global wellbeing benefits
- Manage and support a network of Wellbeing Champions
- Provide line management support to a junior team member
You bring proven experience developing and delivering wellbeing strategies within a professional services or corporate environment. You are confident working with data to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders, and are comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation.
