About the Role

The Well-Being & Benefits Analyst I plays a vital role within Latham's Well-Being & Benefits team. This position supports the department with various benefits-related tasks and projects, ensuring departmental goals are met. Responsibilities include entering benefits data into the Human Resources Information System, maintaining Excel tracking spreadsheets, and other systems, all with high accuracy and judgment. This role is based in our London office and may offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and in-office schedules.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting participants to gather missing information before deadlines, informing them of approvals, denials, or requests for additional documentation, and providing notices related to termination or leave.
  • Preparing reports and summarizing data as needed.
  • Communicating enrollment, changes, and termination details with insurance carriers and brokers.
  • Using programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to organize and track records and documentation.
  • Promoting effective work practices, collaborating as a team, and respecting colleagues.

  • Can analyze problems and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Are proficient with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably PeopleSoft.

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Relevant prior experience (preferred).
