Welfare Benefits Advisor - Local Communities Champion

Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton is looking for a Welfare Benefits Adviser to deliver welfare benefits support across local communities. You will provide face-to-face, telephone, and email advice, helping clients understand their entitlements and applications. The role requires excellent listening and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a trauma-informed manner. This full-time permanent position offers hybrid working based in Bolton and Bury, with generous holiday entitlement and benefits including a pension scheme.
