Location: Woodsmith Mine, Sneaton, Whitby, YO22 5BF

Pay: £13.27 per hour

Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week, Sat - Sun

Shift times: 8am - 4pm

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a part-time Welfare Cleaner to join our team working at Woodsmith Mine.

You will be responsible for cleaning welfare areas on site including boot rooms, offices (including desks, etc.), WC and shower areas, and canteen areas. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed in good time and all equipment is stored safely.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a legal right to work in the UK.

What you'll do:
  • You will be cleaning boot rooms, washrooms, canteen, and welfare areas on-site, ensuring all standards are maintained throughout and all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting hazards and checking over equipment to ensure they are in good condition, reporting any issues to management.
  • You will be working alone on occasion and as part of a team, working together to ensure all daily tasks have been covered.
  • Duties will include sweeping, mopping, hoovering, rubbish disposal, and other general duties attached to the role.
What we're looking for:
  • Must have a legal right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site and online.
  • This site has a zero tolerance to alcohol and drugs, testing daily.
