Welfare & Crisis Payments Officer (Hybrid)

Bradford Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer and Welfare Services officer to support residents facing financial hardship. You will assess, award, and monitor crisis and housing payments and other local welfare schemes in line with legislation, council policy, and best practice.

This is a customer-facing role requiring sound judgement, empathy and strong IT, written and verbal communication, and the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines.
