Overview

Join TWI Certification Ltd as a Welder Certification Officer, supporting the delivery of welder certification programs, managing assessment processes, and promoting services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via email and telephone.
• Coordinate delivery of welder certification products from technical enquiry to completed assessment.
• Process assessment paperwork accurately and file accordingly.
• Manage the schedule and diaries of welding surveyors, including travel arrangements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience in certification or compliance roles is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to established procedures.
• Based in the UK; travel within the UK only.
