£26,000 - £29,000 DOE, Henfield, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday finish 3:30pm, can start earlier to finish earlier if desired.

The Role

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and is seeking an experienced MIG and TIG Welder to join their team to work on a number of welding and fabrication tasks. TIG is essential and MIG experience is also highly desired. Further training in other areas available. Mostly sheet metal work, chassis, axel, belt guards and more.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will need to be confident in reading technical drawings and working independently on high quality welding projects for garden machinery. TIG experience is required above MIG, although both will be highly useful. You will need to be able to demonstrate good dexterity and have an excellent understanding of health and safety within manufacturing. You will need access to your own mode of transport due to rural location.

There may also be opportunities for standalone temporary work if you just have MIG experience.
