Weekend Retail Lead: Customer Host Supervisor

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a store team on a 16-hour contract with weekend availability. You will drive outstanding customer experiences, coach colleagues, and uphold visual and commercial standards on the high street.

You will work with the Shop Manager to train and develop the team, manage stock and promotions, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining brand values and excellent service.
