Responsibilities for an Web Shop Administrator

• Create, update, and maintain product listings (accurate descriptions, images, specs)
• Use AI and creative tools for product and marketing content
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal teams
• Handle customer calls and support sales enquiries
• Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
• Provide first-line support for web shop queries
• Identify and suggest web shop improvements
• Ensure online content meets company guidelines and deadlines
• Support promotions, seasonal updates, and special offer
• Assist with general admin for the Web Shop and Retail team

Requirements for Web Shop Administrator

• Full UK licence
• Good communication skills
• Other industries considered;
• Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
