Web Project Manager/PMO - Lead Government Web Initiatives (3-Year Contract | Luxembourg + Flex)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for web and digital delivery? We're seeking a Web Project Manager/PMO for a long-term 3-year engagement with a major public-sector initiative in Luxembourg. This role offers on-site presence with flexible remote options, and an attractive daily rate of up to €500.

You'll play a central role in coordinating high-impact web projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction across a range of government platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead web project coordination and implementation of quality standards (Renow).

• Manage detailed schedules and monitor progress across multiple workstreams.

• Facilitate project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.

• Own and support project documentation, JIRA tracking, and audit trails.

• Oversee third-party development teams and manage quality assurance workflows.

• Act as the primary point of contact, providing editorial and CMS support where needed.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams in a multidisciplinary setup.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing web projects, ideally in structured/public-sector environments.

• Strong knowledge of CMS workflows, UX, accessibility, and content life cycle.

• Solid understanding of project governance and quality assurance processes.

• Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and good command of English; Luxembourgish is a plus.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Mid-September

• Duration: 660 days (approx. 3 years)

• Rate: Up to €500/day

• Location: Luxembourg (on-site with flexible remote options)
