Performix Media is a fast-growing startup in the iGaming space, specializing in player acquisition strategies for casino operators. We build high-performing websites that drive traffic and conversions, and we're looking for an experienced developer to help us scale.

We're seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a deep understanding of frontend development and AI-driven tools that can streamline workflows. Your role will involve building and maintaining our websites, ensuring pixel-perfect frontend execution based on Figma designs, and leveraging the latest AI advancements to optimize development efficiency.

• Develop and maintain high-performance WordPress websites.
• Implement pixel-perfect frontend designs from Figma.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with AI-driven development tools and integrate them where beneficial.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure site security and reliability.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to execute projects efficiently.

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, page builders).
• Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., Tailwind, React, or Vue is a plus).
• Familiarity with AI-powered dev tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-based automation frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute pixel-perfect designs from Figma.
• Experience optimizing website speed and performance.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for technical implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with iGaming websites or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of server-side management (cPanel, Cloudflare, VPS, etc.).
