Job Description

As a Customer Advisor at Severn Trent, you will engage with customers over the phone and via email, taking ownership of their needs and finding solutions. You will work within a dedicated team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience.

Working Hours and Location

Location: Pride Park, Derby
Weekly hours: 37 hours
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible shifts within this window)

Role Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment.
  • Capable of managing customer queries end to end without hand offs.
  • A caring, positive attitude and a willingness to support teammates.
  • Willingness to attend a 4 week training programme and complete daily training sessions (Monday Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
