A leading project management group is seeking a Scheme Cost Manager/Cost Engineer based in Leeds to oversee commercial reporting and manage the change control process for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in construction, strong analytical skills, and hold relevant professional certifications. This contract role offers a pay range of £400 to £450 per day and operates inside or outside of IR35 based on individual circumstances.
