Water Hygiene Technician - Join Aquacare

Location: Bournemouth / South West / Hampshire

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Legionella control tasks including temperature checks, flushing, and sampling
• Maintain accurate monitoring records across customer sites
• Carry out cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold-water systems and cooling systems
• Service and maintain TMVs and shower heads
• Identify faults on-site and carry out corrective actions to achieve first-time fixes
• Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure efficient planning and completion of jobs
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to meet contract requirements
• Escalate missed tasks, compliance concerns, or issues promptly

Requirements

• GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent
• Water Hygiene Technician Level 2-3 (or working towards)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Water hygiene knowledge (desirable, but full training provided)
