Waste Water Technology consultant - Programme Lead

I'm looking for a Waste Water Programme consultant to work on shaping the future of my client's wastewater function through smarter use of data and technology. This role begins with a 2-3 month discovery phase to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and build a strategic delivery roadmap-ideally transitioning into a programme delivery role.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of IT strategy, data project experience, and stakeholder engagement. Utilities sector experience is a necessity.

Key requirements:

• Experience translating business needs into IT strategy and delivery plans
• Strong background in data projects and capability mapping
• Excellent communication skills across executive and operational levels
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex environments
• Familiarity with AMP8 or regulated industries (preferred)
