Waste & Recycling Customer Care Specialist

Biffa Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office-based contact centre. You'll help customers with queries and provide clear resolutions while delivering outstanding service.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with shifts 7.45am-5.30pm on weekdays and Saturdays on a rota. You'll benefit from a comprehensive induction and plenty of progression opportunities.
