Are you a Vehicle Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, or Claims Handler seeking a new opportunity? Our client, the UK's leading provider of vehicle aftersales and service plans, is expanding their team.

Their mission is to strengthen aftersales connections between manufacturers, dealerships, and customers, promoting loyalty and revenue growth through exceptional service.

Main Duties:

• Provide excellent service to repair networks and customers via phone and email regarding Maintenance & Service Plans
• Manage repair requests, policy updates, and claim processes end-to-end
• Ensure compliance with policy guidelines
• Handle complete resolution of repair requests
• Accurately enter data for claim processing
• Record data in online platforms and gather information for repair decisions
• Communicate with repair network personnel, policyholders, and advisors

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a service desk role within a main dealership, independent garage, or car supermarket
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Basic PC skills
