We are most famous for our award-winning event, buried deep in the Crown Estate near Ascot. 17 years ago, Mike & Alison Battle created the event out of their own desire to take their children somewhere that would celebrate the pure, commercially unsullied, magic of Christmas. This is an exciting period of growth for us, as we look for new ways to bring the Lapland experience to a global audience through media, publishing, live shows and eCommerce channels.

Reports to: Event Logistics Lead (Manchester)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all on-site deliveries and the running of storage areas during the build, live show and de-rig ensuring that all incoming and outgoing inventory is accurately received, logged, and stored in line with company standards.
• Supervise the site Warehouse team, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring all warehouse staff adhere to safe and efficient handling procedures.
• Ensuretimely andaccuratedelivery of Operational and commercial stock during the Live show period, whilst ensuring all stock movement data is processed on the required systems such as "EPOS NOW" and
• Assist with stock counts and discrepancy investigations to uphold stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Maintain clear, organized, and compliant stock areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and optimizing storage capacity.

Pay Rate:

£17.00 per hour

• Holiday paid at 12.07% at the end of contract
• Free daily on-site meal once based on-site for the live show
• Staff car parking & shuttle bus service
