Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a temp-perm contract for our valued client based in Frimley, Surrey. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumLocation: Frimley, SurreyHours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm) We are currently recruiting for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation on a temp-to-perm contract, offering excellent long-term career progression. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or further develop their existing management skills within a growing business. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations across rotating shifts
• Managing and motivating a team to meet productivity and performance targets
• Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
• Supporting continuous improvement within warehouse processes
• Coordinating workflow and ensuring efficient shift handovers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse or shift management
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Experience with stock control systems
• Ability to work rotating shifts (early and late)
• Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
