Warehouse Team Leader- needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: Starting at £27,534 per year, increasing to £30,069 with training, Hours: Full time - various start times from 06:00am (occasionally 05:00am), Contract: Tempo to Perm (12 weeks)

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy chilled logistics warehouse in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent entry level leadership opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their warehouse or logistics career.

The successful candidate will support the day to day running of warehouse operations, helping to guide and motivate the team while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations within a chilled warehouse environment
• Lead, motivate, and assist a small warehouse team
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately
• Monitor workflow and help the team achieve daily targets
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and hygiene
• Provide guidance and support to team members where required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
