Team Lead - Warehouse (Night Shift) Role: Warehouse Team Leader - Night Shift Shifts

What will you be doing?

• Manage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Train new operatives and support ongoing development.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and foster a culture of safe working.
• Produce reports, assist with stock takes, and plan future capacity needs.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

About You

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach, confident in decision making.
• Good IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Forklift licence and knowledge of lean techniques would be an advantage.
