• and we're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help lead from the front.

The Warehouse Supervisor role As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

This is a hands-on leadership role

• you'll lead by example on the warehouse floor while supporting, motivating, and developing your team to deliver against operational targets and service expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse colleagues to maintain high-performance standards
• Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch activities
• Allocate workload and manage priorities to meet delivery deadlines
• Conduct stock checks and audits, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Manage documentation and ensure operational accuracy
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Identify and address performance or process improvements
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures What you'll bring Essential:
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of goods in/out processes
• Valid forklift licence (counterbalance essential)
• Good knowledge of health & safety practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Desirable:
• Experience working with multiple product lines
• Exposure to fast-paced distribution environments
• Management or health & safety training/qualifications
