Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team within our Falkirk-based logistics and distribution client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a busy, high-performing warehouse environment.

What's on offer?

• Working 5 days over 7 (weekends will be involved)
• Back shift hours of 2pm to 10pm
• Paid weekly at £15.32 per hour - increasing to £17.17 after a qualifying period
• Full-time ongoing temporary contract

Responsibilities

• To lead and support Connect agency colleagues during back shift operations
• Drive team performance to consistently achieve pick rates
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve operational issues quickly
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a warehouse
• Previous experience of warehouse picking
• Proven leadership skills within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A hands-on, proactive approach to team management
