Your new company are a successful manufacturer who are market leading innovators in their field. Due to phenomenal success and growth, the company has a brand new Warehouse Supervisor position.
Your new role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation of the warehouse in terms of stock, quality, delivery, safety, environmental, HR and site security, ensuring the company standards are upheld whilst respecting the defined goals and through collaborative working with the other team leaders / supervisors & managers.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have previous experience of logistics, warehousing, and inventory control, with strong management capability and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You should have a full understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality. You should have a working knowledge of resource planning within an operational environment.
