Our client is a leading 3PL in the UK and we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager at their RDC in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Shift schedule: 4on, 4off (12 hour shift, 6:30pm-6:30am).

Overview

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations on your shift, achieving site KPIs and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 40 FTEs and lead the shift's activities.
• Ensure the conduct and behaviours of the team meet business requirements and KPIs are achieved.
• Set clear expectations and objectives for each team member to hit performance targets.
• Ensure health and safety on shift is adhered to.
• Support and manage productivity.
• Manage stock replenishment.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in a fast paced FMCG environment.
• Excellent people leader with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Superb communicator, target driven and highly motivated.

Salary

£45,000 per annum (permanent)
