Warehouse Shift Leader Drive Operations & Safety

GXO Logistics, Inc in Daventry is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operation on the NHSSC contract, motivating the team and ensuring targets, service levels and customer expectations are met.

You will manage warehouse and transport staff, maintain safety culture, and build strong relationships across the business. This is a full time, permanent role with a schedule of Any 5 from 7, 9am-5pm.
