Warehouse Production Operative

Job Description

Early finish every Friday.

Your duties will include:

• Manually assembling metal parts to construct inventory cabinets and drawers
• Using handheld tools and ensuring all items are quality checked for dispatch
• Lifting and shifting of parts around the warehouse
• Contributing to general warehouse duties

Duration: This is a genuine temp to perm position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £13.00 for this role. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 13:30 on Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

The role requires at least two years of experience as an assembly operative, along with experience using hand tools. Candidates should be comfortable with some lifting and shifting of moderately heavy items.

Good written and spoken English skills are essential, as well as a hard-working and positive attitude. It is also preferable for applicants to have their own transport due to the location and start times.
