Warehouse Operator

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established international business based in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team with long-term career prospects for reliable and hardworking individuals (temporary to permanent contract)

Your Time at Work

• Picking, checking and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintaining accurate stock locations and inventory records
• Loading and unloading containers and vehicles
• Assisting with stock checks and cycle counts
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all company health & safety procedures

You'll have the chance to work with warehouse equipment including counterbalance trucks and man-up trucks (training provided within the first 6 months), pallet wrapping, banding and tape machines.

Our Perfect Worker

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Experience using scanner guns and stock management systems
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be aged 18+ due to site machinery and health & safety requirements

Key Information and Benefits Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm

• £12.71 per hour starting rate going up to £13.27 upon completion of training
