A Warehouse Operative/Strapper is required in Knottingley to support loading operations at a logistics site. This temporary position, paying up to £13.00 per hour, involves working within the loading department, primarily opening and closing trailer curtains and securing freight with strapping. The role follows a rotating weekly shift pattern, requiring flexibility across different hours. Candidates should be physically capable and comfortable working hands on in a warehouse setting. Manpower UK is recruiting for this client, which specialises in transport and freight services. The assignment offers ongoing work with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right individual. Prior strapping or warehouse experience is beneficial, though a reliable attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Key Responsibilities- Working in the Loading Department
- Opening and closing curtains on trailers
- Strapping down and securing loads safely and efficiently
- Supporting warehouse operations with a strong work ethic and punctuality
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM until 18:00 PM
Requirements- A positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Willingness to work in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Flexibility to rotate shifts and support team needs
- Must be open to a drug and alcohol test on-site prior to starting
