Warehouse Operatives (Picking)

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly printing company. This is a hands-on role within a small team, supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing printed products and materials.
Making and assembling boxes for customer orders.
Replenishing stock and warehouse supplies.
Preparing goods for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Supporting colleagues across the warehouse as workload demands.
Following company procedures and quality standards.

Duration: This is a temp to perm position

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hourYou accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata.We do not offer Visa sponsorships

Working Hours: Hours are between 07:00 and 17:30 Monday to Thursday

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of warehouse duties.
Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Able to undertake manual handling tasks and remain on your feet throughout the working day.
