Warehouse Operative: Picking, Packing & Stock Control

Bird & Blend Tea Co. in Worthing is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join the Back Ops site, The Nest. This fixed-term role runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 December 2026, 40 hours per week, with hybrid duties across Fulfilment and other operations as needed.

You will pick and pack for stores and wholesale, manage goods in and out, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure health and safety. A full clean UK driving licence, good communication, and physical fit are essential.
