Pay Rate: £14.76 per hour

Hours: 11:30am- 8pm

Contract: Temp- perm

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation in Kidderminster.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working within a team and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking, packing, checking and preparing products for despatch. You will work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and check orders accurately for despatch.
• Prepare and load products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety regulations.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.

About You

• Previous warehouse, distribution or despatch experience.
• Good understanding of picking, packing and warehouse processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
