Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Govan, Glasgow G51 4BZ.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday - Thursday with the hours of 06:00 - 15:45.

In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance

What you will do on a typical day:

• Receive, locate, pick, and ship goods within a warehouse, carrying out manual handling tasks as part of daily operations
• Use FLT/HPT equipment as required (training provided where needed)
• Accurately process stock using computer systems for inventory control and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily manual handling duties
• Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
• A positive attitude and abi lity to follow procedures
