Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative here at Estelle Manor you will be motivated to keep the estate running smoothly with a focus on outdoor areas.You will be responsible for ensuring that all fresh produce, beverage commodities, and all other goods are received, recorded and documented accurately.

You will deliver all goods to the appropriate internal/external locations promptly and stored in the correct manner and location. You will be part of a team responsible for waste management across the estate including the exchange of waste containers and litter picking, supporting the setup of events and vehicle maintenance. Responsible for keeping all the outdoor utility areas clean and always maintained.

Who we are looking for?

• A clean, full UK Drivers license is essential for this role.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management as well as ad hoc interactions with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising an hourly rate of £14.81 per hour, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge .

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
