Warehouse Operative - Quality Checking - Near Markham Vale, Chesterfield

£12.71 per hour Monday to Friday Days

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based near Markham Vale, Chesterfield.

This is a hands on role focused on inspecting products and packaging to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. We're looking for reliable candidates with a keen eye for detail who can work accurately and consistently.

The Role:

• Carrying out visual quality checks on products and packaging
• Identifying defects or inconsistencies
• Recording quality issues and completing basic paperwork
• Following site quality and health & safety procedures
• Supporting the wider production team as required

Hours & Pay:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Weekly pay

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
• Good manual dexterity
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Reliable and punctual attitude

Important Information:

• This is predominantly a standing role
• The working environment can be loud; hearing protection is provided
• Safety boots are required
• Trousers must be worn on site - shorts are not permitted
