Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Operative, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and efficiently during your shift.
  • Reporting any issues that may arise to your supervisor to prevent operational failures.
  • Assisting with deliveries, booking in stock, and organising inventory efficiently.
  • Achieving the required level of productivity and quantifying any variances to your supervisor.
  • Maintaining flexibility to adapt to business requirements as needed.
  • Conducting pre-shift checks and defect reports on all equipment, liaising with your supervisor for repairs.
  • Adhering strictly to the company's health and safety policies at all times.
  • Upholding a clear desk policy and ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean and tidy.
  • Completing stock takes as instructed by your supervisor.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate communication with your supervisor.
  • Performing any other duties as required by management.

  • Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
