Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, day shift - hours as required by business needs

We're now looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of service delivery while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational targets and KPIs
• Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems and processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
