Pay Rate: £45,000-£51,000; Grade: RSC K; Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time); Shift patterns: VARIOUS AVAILABLE across early, late & night any 5 days from 07; Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

We're now seeking an experienced Warehouse Flow Room Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leading and managing a team of Flow Room Leads and Controllers
• Monitoring warehouse automation systems, alarms and control room activities
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity and service delivery
• Working closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams and automation providers to resolve operational issues
• Ensuring all system-generated issues are identified, resolved and escalated appropriately

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience managing operational, control room or automation teams within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse automation technologies
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Experience analysing operational data and producing management reports
