Your work reduces incidents, shortens device turnaround, preserves data security and supports compliance with disposal policies. Clear documentation, effective prioritisation and a customer focused approach will directly improve service levels across the organisation.

Core Capabilities

  • Asset & Stock Management - Maintain accurate asset registers, monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment and coordinate hardware reallocations, refurbishment and disposal in line with policy.
  • Device Build, Imaging & Configuration - Build and image devices using approved tools, keep standard OS builds current, install authorised software and support profile migration.
  • End User Support & Service Delivery - Provide technical support by phone, email and in person; log and manage incidents in ServiceNow; balance workload under pressure while maintaining strong customer service.
  • Security & Process Compliance - Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow defined processes consistently
