Warehouse & Flexo Print Operative

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Flexo Print Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term employment with a growing company.

• Location: Henfield
• Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Duties Include:

• Operating a Cooper Flexo Printing Machine to print paper and poly bags.
• Setting up and monitoring print runs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Picking and packing finished products ready for dispatch.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Carrying out quality checks on completed products.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous printing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience desirable.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
