We are seeking anexperienced and dedicated Waiter/Waitressto support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the venue. As aSearcys Waiter/Waitress, you will take ownership of your section, delivering attentive, seamless service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. With a passion for hospitality, you will ensure exceptional food and beverage experiences that reflect the high standards synonymous with the Searcys brand.

Contract: Full Time & Part Time

Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc

Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guestrequests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
• Hands on and proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and as part of ateam
• Passion for food and beverage
• Strong organisational skills
