About the role

You will runSidetrade'sBPO operation as a living showcase of our Order-to-Cash technology. Your team collects cash for our customers on the same AI platform we sell, powered by our Data Lake and by Aimie, our AI assistant, and proves every day what best-in-class use of that platform looks like.

This is an entry point into an AI-native software company. If you are operational today and want to move into the technology industry, this role takes you here and opens paths to grow across Customer Experience and beyond. The role sits in Customer Experience, is based in Dublin, works in French and English, and reports to the Chief Customer Experience Officer.

What you'll be doing
  • RunSidetrade'sBPO operation as a live showcase of our Order-to-Cash technology, collecting cash for customers on the same AI platform, Data Lake, and Aimie assistant that we sell.
  • Set the BPO strategy and align it with Sidetrade's and Customer Experience organisation direction under O2C Intelligence 2030.
  • Run day-to-day operations so they meet service levels, stay compliant, and keep customers confident.
  • Make the most of the platform, embed Aimie and automation into every workflow, and turn the time saved into more value for customers and stronger margins.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of collections specialists and analysts in Dublin, set a clear cadence, and open paths for them to progress their career embracing other roles withinSidetrade.
  • Collaborate with Product, report what works, and bring ideas from the field to feed the roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a high-quality service.
  • Own the BPO budget for cost-effectiveness and profitability, and protect both quality and margin.
  • Communicate BPO strategy, performance, and results clearly to customers, your team, and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to be successful
  • Experience leading a service operation, with a record of developing teams and delivering results. Customer service, BPO, or credit and collections experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • The ability to think strategically and act operationally: set direction, then move to the decisions and details that make it real.
  • Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI. You do not need to be an engineer; you want to work in a software company and lead a team that runs on a platform.
  • Clear communication with customers, your team, and senior stakeholders, and care for quality.
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and the ability to work with autonomy.
  • A degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is welcome.
