About the Role In this role, you will be required to:
  • To develop and manage IDAS's volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme.
  • To ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.
  • To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, agencies and funders.
  • To develop and deliver training to enhance the IDAS volunteer programme.
  • To develop and manage IDAS's volunteer programme.
  • To ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision and support.
  • To ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
  • To develop and manage IDAS's peer mentoring scheme.
  • To assist in the development and delivery of an on-line peer mentoring system.
