About the Role In this role, you will be required to:

To develop and manage IDAS's volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme.
To ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.
To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, agencies and funders.
To develop and deliver training to enhance the IDAS volunteer programme.
To develop and manage IDAS's volunteer programme.
To ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision and support.
To ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
To develop and manage IDAS's peer mentoring scheme.
To assist in the development and delivery of an on-line peer mentoring system.
