About the role

PRIFF is looking for a highly organised and proactive Judging Operations Assistant to support one of PRIFF's most important areas: their jury and voting process. This role sits at the centre of upholding the integrity and quality of their awards, helping build and manage a diverse, thoughtful, and engaged voting jury.

For PRIFF 2026, they are assembling a team of 90+ voting jurors, and this role will be instrumental in shaping those groups and ensuring a smooth, professional judging experience from start to finish.

What you'll do
  • Research and identify potential jurors who align with specific categories, genres, and industry roles
  • Support the building and structuring of jury groups across all festival categories
  • Assist with onboarding jurors, including communications, guidance, and materials
  • Act as a key point of contact for jurors throughout the judging period
  • Support jurors with any questions or issues related to voting, access, or process
  • Help ensure deadlines are met and the overall voting process runs smoothly
What PRIFF are looking for
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident, professional written communication
  • An interest in film, the industry, and emerging talent
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Reliability and the ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
  • Experience in coordination, operations, or outreach is a plus, but not essential
What you'll gain
  • Hands on experience in festival operations and jury management
  • Insight into how judging and awards processes are structured at an international festival level
  • Opportunities to connect with industry professionals and creatives
  • A central role in shaping PRIFF's judging standards and experience
