Void Property Labourer - 12-Month Contract

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 12 month contract with a local authority in Wenvoe. The role involves supporting the delivery of void property works by carrying out cleaning, clearance and general labouring duties within empty properties.

You will assist trade operatives and contractors to prepare properties for refurbishment, ensure work is completed safely and to required standards, and contribute to timely property turnaround.
