Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Void Multi Trader to carry out refurbishment and maintenance works on void social housing properties across Oxfordshire.
You will be working on a variety of trades to bring properties up to a re-letting standard as part of ongoing maintenance contracts.
Duties- General repairs and maintenance on void properties
- Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decoratin
