Role: Voice Architect (Cloud)
Location: Mainly remote with occasional travel to multiple sites across the UK as well as the EU in some instances.
Length: 6 months+
IR35: Inside
Day Rate: £700+ (DoE)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Voice Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based voice services for one of our clients. You will be responsible for shaping and assuring the voice architecture across Mitel, AWS-hosted telephony, and wider cloud voice platforms.

In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure that voice services remain robust, secure, and fit for purpose. You'll bring strong expertise in SIP, telephony security, identity integration, and cloud voice solutions to drive service reliability and communication resilience.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience with Voice technologies and Mitel platforms
• Strong background in cloud voice architecture
• Expertise in SIP, telephony security, and identity integration
• Active SC Clearance
